TRIP SCHEDULE
DAY 1
Thursday 13th
- Travel to Akureyri.
- Dinner.
- Rest
DAY 2
Friday
- Wake up call, Breakfast.
- Strongman Session.
- Snowmobiles (motor sleds)
- Bench press Session with Sigfus Fossdal.
- Dinner & Sleep
DAY 3
Saturday
- Wake up call and breakfast.
- Go straight to Hesta Steinn 250kg
- Then we go to lift Icelands First Atlas stones.
- Swimming Pool for recovery
- Accessory workout session
Day 4
Sunday we travel back to UK.
Fullsterkur Trip 26-28th of June 2025.
Everything included except Food and Flights. Breakfast however is included at the hotels.
Three day tour
1st day Húsafell and Dritvík
2nd day Látrar
3rd day Dynjandi and Heydalur & drive back to Reykjavik.
